Coyote & The Counting Game
Our K-5 students were treated to live theatre by the cast of the Creede Repertory Theatre from Creede, CO. A huge thank you to the Dane G. Hanson Foundation for offering this production free of charge to our students and staff! It was a great production.
Our students and staff received this comment from the cast, "You're kids were abnormally amazing!" We were their 55th performance they really enjoyed our students! It's a great day to be a Tiger! #TigerPride271

Parent/Caregiver Night at SGS!
On Monday, October 28th, SGS will host Licensed Master Social Worker, Kristi VanDerVeen, for an informative 90 minute presentation: Parenting: It's Hard. (See the flyer for more information)
This event will start at 6:00 pm and end at 7:30 pm.
Just before this presentation, at 5:30 pm, will have our annual Title I Parent Meeting and Watch D.O.G.S. informational meeting.
We will also offer a literacy night for our Preschool-8th grade students. They will meet from 5:30-7:30. Childcare is covered for this age range!
We will plan to meet in the cafeteria. We will offer snacks or a light meal. We will need RSVPs so we can plan accordingly!

Come out to Stockton High School Gym for a great family evening at the FFA Goblin's Glory on Saturday, October 19! Soup Supper at 6:00 pm followed by the KAY Kiddie Costume Parade at 6:30. Games for the kids, auction for adults, and don't forget the crowning of the Goblin's Glory King and Queen!

On Thursday, the Stockton Grade School fifth graders attended the Heartland Community Fund Give Fest in Plainville. Solutions North Bank gave them each a ten dollar voucher to donate to a Rooks County non- profit and provided each student with a sports bag and piggy bank. The Summer EBT Program Application time has been extended to October 15! We are reaching out to remind you that families that qualify for Summer EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) benefits this year based on your participation in the free and reduced-priced meals program during the 2023-24 school year. This program provides $120 in grocery assistance during the summer months when school meals are not available for income-eligible students to receive free and reduced-priced meals at school. To receive these benefits, you must create an account with the Department of Children and Families and apply for the SEBT.
