Rooks County School Districts’ Update - December 10, 2021
Students and staff in each district are utilizing the “Test to Stay” option. This allows individuals of a close contact the opportunity to remain in school.
We currently have 27 active cases of COVID-19 in the county and zero individuals in the hospital due to COVID-19. Rooks County has a two-week positivity rate of 28.7% as of 12/9/2021.
Our Rooks County Team will resume meeting the first week in January. In the event we have pertinent information to share with you during the break, we will do so; however, as of today, this will be the last update until January 7.
We wish you all the best as we enter into the holidays. Please stay safe and healthy. We look forward to seeing the students when they return after the first of the year. On behalf of the Rooks County Schools, Happy Holidays!
