Our third grade class is studying life cycles in their science standards. Today they visited the Stockton High School Agriculture Department and listened to an SHS student share about the life cycle of a chicken. The 3rd grade classes will observe eggs in an incubator over the next 21 days.


We had local experts come and share to enhance our learning about Thailand.
Joan Balderson shared items from Thailand and nearby countries and then we learned how to use chopsticks and had some sweet sticky rice!
Malee and John Berkley shared their life experiences in Thailand along with other items they have brought back . They also brought fortune cookies and treats!

We are so very blessed to have an awesome fire department here in Stockton. The second graders went to the fire station today in honor of National Fire Prevention Week! We asked questions, explored the trucks, and even got a ride! We went home with a booklet of A-Z fire safety! Thank you Jon, Ian, Jed, Andy S. and Madison! We appreciate you! #TigerPride271




Our 💙s are happy and blessed! Thank you to our Stockton Retired Teachers for the generous gift to our SGS teachers. This group made popcorn balls and sold them at the Pumpkin Patch last weekend. The recipe was that of the LaRue Family! Thank you!! A gift of $371-wow!

A focus on wellness as students wait for the start of their school day! We ask that students not arrive before 7:40am. This is when adult supervision begins each day. School starts at 8:10am.
