It's USD 271 Staff Appreciation Week! 🎉 We asked families and the community to help us celebrate by sharing messages of appreciation -- now we will share them with you! This week we will feature our incredible teachers and staff across our social media channels, and highlight the impact they make each day. This message was shared as a celebration of SHS committed chemist Dr. Cole! “Our student was hesitant to take A&P but knew it would be a core class they would need with their career choice. Our student has struggled with confidence in the science classroom. Dr. Cole believed in them and made them feel confident in the classroom. He engages with them and challenges them. I'm so thankful that our student had Dr. Cole this year to boost their confidence in the classroom. He is a great addition to SHS.” “Dr. Cole has renewed my daughter's love of Science by providing engaging classes and setting high standards. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the classroom and strives to build relationships with his students. Our student has truly valued her time with him.” You still have time to share your own message of appreciation. Whether it's a teacher, bus driver, administrator, or any staff member who's made a difference, we want to hear about it. Submit your messages at the link below! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScqIPiKKaleLNl8uhPhgFuYlZZzVXt6pnocSXsgW_r_36udrQ/viewform?usp=sf_link
