February is Career and Technical Education (CTE ) Month. SHS is proud of our strong CTE program that is preparing our students for postsecondary success by growing their skills to have fulfilling careers. We will continue to highlight some shining lights of our CTE program throughout the month.

The World History class visited Wichita to extend learning outside of the classroom. The class visited the Museum of World Treasures, the Keeper of the Plains Statue, the original Pizza Hut Museum and the town of Lucas art.
Our Kansas City Chiefs are going to the Super Bowl! We will have some fun with this event as we offer SGS Spirit Days!
We are learning centered, so we are requesting no face painting or other outfit additions that will interrupt learning. We thank you!
